RETURNS
You have 10 days from date of delivery to return an item back to us for a refund. Sorry but online purchases cannot be returned to our physical store for a refund. Exchanges for like items will be honored.
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within two days upon receipt.
If you receive an item that is the wrong size and would like to exchange it, please go ahead and order the correct size and send the incorrect size back for a full refund. Because we cannot guarantee that an item/size will be available by the time we receive your return we cannot do a traditional exchange so we ask that you handle your exchange in the above way.
YOU MAY NOT RETURN: Final Sale items, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, or Silicon Bras. All items purchased on Sale including: Clearance & Flash Sales.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you return items you have tried on and they have makeup or deodorant stains on them, you WILL NOT be given a refund, and the items will be sent back to you for a charge.
Send your package back to us using any shipping carrier you prefer.We recommend using an option that allows tracking like USPS Priority mail. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In order to return, please refer to our Return Policy above to make sure your return meets the criteria. Once your package is received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
